A family-owned luxury custom home builder and developer in South Florida.

Founded by Joe Rousseau, a licensed general contractor with over 30 years of luxury residential experience, and led today alongside his son Jojo, Rousseau Construction pairs three decades of hands-on craftsmanship with institutional real estate discipline.

We build custom homes for private clients, partner with developers, and develop our own bespoke residences in the neighborhoods we know best — Coral Gables, Pinecrest, High Pines, South Miami, Coconut Grove, and Old Cutler Bay.
