Our Process

From first conversation to final walkthrough.

We evaluate the existing home, the vision, and the realistic budget. For condominiums, this includes reviewing building requirements and approvals. You leave knowing what’s possible, what it will likely cost, and how long it will take, before any commitment.

In pre-construction, we coordinate with your architect, designer, and consultants to build a detailed scope, an accurate budget, and a realistic schedule. Where the home has structural, historical, or condominium constraints, we identify them early and plan accordingly.

Throughout construction, we execute the plan — coordinating trades, tracking the budget, holding the schedule, and communicating with you on a regular cadence. Closeout includes full walkthrough, system testing, and complete documentation — delivered to the same standard as our ground-up custom homes.
