  • Minimum 10+ years of luxury custom residential project management in South Florida.
  • Strong command of budgeting, cost control, change orders, submittals/RFIs, and construction management software.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.

The Project Superintendent runs day-to-day field operations — supervising subcontractors, enforcing quality and safety standards, and keeping the jobsite on schedule from groundbreaking to punch-out.

  • Minimum 5+ years estimating and purchasing for residential construction, luxury custom preferred.
  • Proficient with takeoffs, bid leveling, and cost tracking; construction management software experience a plus.
  • Strong vendor and subcontractor relationships across the South Florida market.
