Rodriguez of CAD Studio Architecture & Interiors. Designed in a Florida Vernacular language, the home features painted lap siding, a double-height columned entry portico with balcony above, louvered shutters, and exposed rafter tails — classic coastal detailing executed at estate scale. The program includes a dedicated office, gym, and three-car garage, with indoor-outdoor living woven throughout beneath a canopy of mature oaks.
