Coral Gables Contemporary Tropical Home

A five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath residence of 4,663 square feet under air, built ground-up for a private client in Coral Gables, in partnership with PPK/St Architecture. Designed in a contemporary tropical modern language, the home is entered across a reflecting pool on floating stone pavers — a sequence framed by vertical wood screens, planted terraces, and a low clay tile roof. Walls of glass and outdoor terraces throughout blur the line between indoors and out, with a private pool anchoring the grounds.
