Island Colonial Residence

Set on over an acre, this single-story custom residence pairs the timeless character of Island Colonial architecture with light-filled, contemporary interiors by Regina Rousseau. Soaring ceilings and an open floorplan lend the home a rare sense of volume and ease, while shiplap-clad walls bring warmth and quiet texture to every room.

At the center of the home, a sculptural kitchen island anchors an expansive culinary space that flows effortlessly into the main living areas. A custom indoor bar and a statement wine wall elevate the home’s entertaining program, with wide-plank wood flooring unifying the interiors throughout. Beyond the main house, a generous pool and outdoor entertaining terrace embrace the property’s lush grounds and South Florida’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
