Ponce Davis Modern Farmhouse

A 5,617-square-foot ground-up custom home that Rousseau built for a private client in the High Pines/Ponce Davis Corridor. Designed in a modern farmhouse language with six bedrooms and a great room that opens straight through to the pool. High ceilings, wide-plank wood floors, checkerboard stone at the entry, trimless doors, flush base detail, and custom millwork throughout. Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances anchor the kitchen. Every detail handcrafted.
