01 — Pre-Construction

In pre-construction, we work hand-in-hand with you and your design team to define every detail — architecture, finishes, budget, and schedule. We pressure-test the plan, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare the project for an efficient, seamless construction phase.

02 — Construction

Build with discipline

Throughout construction, Rousseau acts as your general contractor, coordinating reliable subcontractors and maintaining a safe and disciplined jobsite. Monthly status reports, weekly check-ins, and direct access to our team.

03 — Post-Construction

Stand behind the work

Our work isn't finished at closeout. After construction, we conduct a full walk-through with you and your team, inspecting every system. We stand behind the work — our integrity as a firm is only as good as the integrity of what we build.
